Service User Evaluation

In 2017, we conducted a service user evaluation, speaking to 72 respondents across all our services including which elements of our service they engaged with and feedback on our services including suggestions for improvements.

We’re very proud to see that the feedback from each of the services consistently showed the value of the relationships with staff and the benefit of the support they received. Feeling listened to was something that came up in feedback repeatedly across all services. All questionnaires included the agree/disagree statements: I feel that staff work hard to support me and I feel respected and listened to which 71 out of 72 responded that they either ‘completely agreed’ or ‘slightly agreed’ with both statements.
