We are looking to appoint:-
A Historic Child Sexual Abuse/Exploitation (CSA/E) Worker
Full time Post (35 hours per week)
Initially funded until end March 2018
Salary: £23,945 per annum

The post holder will work within the CSE team at Basis, providing appropriate information, advice, emotional and practical support to women who have experienced CSA/E in their past. The Historic CSA/E Worker is responsible for providing a holistic package of support, agreed with the women, delivering a flexible and person centred service and, where necessary, support through criminal justice processes.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable women, can embrace our core values of respect and trust and will support us in providing a unique service through their creative approach.
You will need to have:
- A passion for empowering and enabling women and girls
- Experience of building and managing successful relationships with external organisations
- Relevant experience working directly with people with multiple and complex needs.
- An ability to thrive in an environment that is often challenging and pressurised.
- A full, clean UK driving licence and use of car.
You will be based in the Leeds area and may need to work unsocial hours.
