My role

My core role is to support the CEO, Trustees and the Basis team on developing the strategy for the charity and ensure the appropriate governance to support delivery of the strategy.

My background

In my day job I look after customer insights (consumer research and database analytics) at Lloyds Banking Group. I left school at 16 in 1986 and since then have worked in retail banking in Bristol, Edinburgh, Milton Keynes and London, mainly in strategy and product management roles.

I’m very interested in land taxation and its implications for social justice. I live in London, but spend a lot of time being disappointed by the fortunes of various sporting teams from Bristol and Scotland.
