Child Sexual Exploitation Specialist
My role
I work 1:1 with children and young people who are being, or who may have been, sexually exploited. I aim to raise awareness of the risks around CSE and how to reduce these, as well as supporting young people with sensitive topics such as grooming, healthy relationships, boundaries and sexual health.
My background
I have a background in inclusion, supporting vulnerable children within the education system who have SEN needs, specifically social, emotional and mental health needs. I have always worked in a trauma informed way, and I am excited to continue working with young people in a different capacity here at Basis.
