Sarah (she/her)

Navigation and Support Worker

My role

I work alongside women to navigate different services, confident in the knowledge that they will have support and a friendly face along the way. This may involve completing paperwork, attending meetings and advocating for someone during a difficult time or sitting down in a safe space to chat about what’s going on. I will always endeavour to work in a calm, encouraging and non-judgemental way.

My background

I am a qualified Occupational Therapist, with experience working therapeutically with neurodivergent adults and children, the refugee and asylum seeker population, as well as those with complex physical disabilities. I have also worked in the third sector as a Community Development Worker, delivering wellbeing groups with adults in East Leeds for a local health charity.

In my spare time I like jumping in cold water and being by the sea.
