My role

My role is working alongside the adult team, to provide support to those dealing with sexual exploitation. This is a holistic, wrap-around service that ranges from everything to housing to emotional support. I work 1:1 with clients, as well as helping facilitate the long standing and impactful group work we conduct at Basis, such as our Drop-in and Outreach services. I am also passionate about creating therapeutically informed resources and wellbeing materials.

My background

My background is in inpatient mental health care, both from a supportive and occupational therapy perspective.  I care deeply about working for organisations that do impactful work. I am undertaking counselling training part time, and I always strive to bring these skills into my role as Basis.

In my spare time I am a runner and a cyclist, and I am training for my first triathlon!
