My role

I am a Sociology student spending my year in industry at Basis Yorkshire as the Project and Outreach assistant. In my role, I support with outreach and a range of projects that raise awareness, build community connections and amplify underrepresented voices. I look forward to learning and working alongside the team who create meaningful change and support Basis's mission of safety, advocacy and empowerment.
