Athena Team Leader
My role
As Athena team leader I provide support to the Athena team while also maintaining a small caseload of women, to whom I offer 1:1 emotional and practical support. My work is grounded in a trauma informed, person-centred approach, ensuring that each women receives support tailored to her unique needs and experiences. I provide advocacy and navigation into other services and referrals into specialist services.
My background
My background is in substance use and criminal justice services and I have worked in the third sector for 12 years.
